Our clubhouse will be the centre point and social heart of The Hill.
Architecturally designed, it will be an inviting and luxurious facility where residents can come together to enjoy a fulfilling social life with friends—an essential part of creating a comfortable and rewarding retirement.
Here, you'll be able to take time to enjoy a morning coffee, relax with some quiet reading in the library, play a game of billiards or cards, and participate in a variety of other activities.
The clubhouse will be carefully positioned to embrace the site, maximising natural sunlight, views, and direct connections to the bowling green and gardens. Located at the village entrance, it will stretch across the full width of the site, creating a strong and welcoming first impression. Inspired by the traditional pavilion forms of the surrounding villas, the design balances a sense of familiarity with a distinctive presence—establishing the clubhouse as the true centrepiece of village life.
Relax & unwind
Recreation on offer at the clubhouse will extend to a bowling green, croquet court and pétanque terrain, the perfect setting for a bit of healthy competition with your friends. Or you may prefer to relax and watch it all unfold from the comfort of a deck chair while enjoying the surroundings.
Our clubhouse spa will offer a welcome retreat for wellbeing with state-of-the-art indoor pool and gym facilities, and our boutique cinema will be the ideal place to finish off the day with a film. The clubhouse will also cater for larger village functions and special events.
