In home support
If you or your partner ever need extra support, it doesn’t mean leaving the comfort of home. Whether it’s a short-term recovery or more regular attention, enhanced care can be arranged within your home at The Hill.
Care staff from our own boutique care residence can visit you directly, and private appointments can be hosted in our on-site consultation suite.
And if one of you requires permanent care, the other can remain in your villa and just pop over at any time, ensuring you’re always close.
Full care
Following the completion of our villas, The Hill will introduce a boutique care residence — purpose-built to deliver the highest standard of personal support in a calm, comfortable, and familiar setting.
With just 11 care suites, this intimate environment will feel more like a large family home than a facility. Each resident will receive care that’s tailored to their individual needs, delivered by highly trained staff who know them by name, and understand what matters most.
In keeping with the high standard of the village, each suite will offer spacious, private accommodation within a refined, hotel-style setting. It’s care with warmth, comfort, and dignity at its core — supported by the Sanderson Group’s decades of experience in premium retirement living.
There’s added peace of mind: if one of you ever needs full-time care, you’ll still be living in the same village — close, connected, with support for both of you in place.
Memory Care
The Hill offers dedicated memory care for those living with varying levels of memory loss or dementia. With personalised support, highly trained staff, and calming, purpose-designed environments, residents receive the attentive, respectful care they deserve.
Every detail has been considered to provide comfort, safety, and peace of mind—for both residents and their families.

Premium Care Residence
Comprehensive health & wellness support
Following the construction of the homes we will build our own boutique care residence to cater for residents who require medical assistance of the highest level of care and comfort.
In keeping with the high standard of the village, our care suites will provide spacious accommodation within a boutique hotel-like environment. The Sanderson Group level of quality and refinement is carried through every aspect of the village, and our boutique care residence will be no different.

Selected services from the care residence can be provided to individual homes.
As a member of The Hill you will receive priority access to any of our Sanderson Group care facilities.
