In Home Support
If you or your partner ever need extra support, it doesn’t mean leaving the comfort of home. Whether it’s a short-term recovery or more regular attention, enhanced care can be arranged within your home at The Hill.
Care staff from our own boutique care residence can visit you directly, and private appointments can be hosted in our on-site consultation suite.And if one of you requires permanent care, the other can remain in your villa and just pop over at any time, ensuring you’re always close.
If more focused care is required, short stays at The Residence are available—always with the option to return home. And if one of you requires permanent care, the other can remain in your apartment and just pop over at any time, ensuring you’re always close.
Full Time Care
Following the completion of our villas, The Hill will introduce a boutique care residence — purpose-built to deliver the highest standard of personal support in a calm, comfortable, and familiar setting.
With just 11 care suites, this intimate environment will feel more like a large family home than a facility. Each resident will receive care that’s tailored to their individual needs, delivered by highly trained staff who know them by name, and understand what matters most.
In keeping with the high standard of the village, each suite will offer spacious, private accommodation within a refined, hotel-style setting. It’s care with warmth, comfort, and dignity at its core — supported by the Sanderson Group’s decades of experience in premium retirement living.
There’s added peace of mind with our continuum of care, as existing residents will have priority access to our care residence, which will be dependent on meeting our admission criteria and the availability of a suitable care suite. If a suitable suite isn’t available, we’ll support you and your family to find an alternative solution.
