Our most compact and cosy design, the Motuora is a 2 bedroom, single bathroom plus second toilet design. Although smaller, it still retains an amazing space with a 30 degree raking ceiling to allow ample light and feel. North facing decks as well as ceiling cavity storage means this villa gives a lot of value for those by themselves or couples who want to really downsize so they can get on with other activities.
